In this hands-on class, you'll get step-by-step, guided instruction by me Maria on how to curate a beautiful and delicious heart shaped charcuterie board with cheese, meats, and all the yummy snacks (olives, nuts, fruit, fresh herbs, etc.).
Workshop participants will learn techniques and how to build a salami rose and kiwi flower and while sipping on complimentary wine!

Wow! What an amazing experience. From booking the event, logistics planning, purchasing and execution it was awesome. Maria and her team arrived early and spent a significant amount of time looking at every detail and organizing the table. The quality was excellent, we added Macaroons and Chocolate strawberries to the table. The table was flexible for number of attendees, dietary restrictions, and was absolutely stunning.

HOW TO ORDER?
To place an order, you can either email me at charcuterieboardsmg@gmail.com or send me a message through the inquiry tab in the top menu.
I will get back at you in the next 24 hours.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT AND WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT?
Once we agree on your order you will receive a confirmation.
To secure your order I will have received a non-refundable 50% deposit.
If I do not receive the deposit unfortunately the order will be canceled. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your order pick up or delivery time. If failure to do so it will be canceled. Payments are made via Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Please place your orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure I can accommodate, but you can always send me a message.

We cannot guarantee last minute requests be available.
DO YOU DELIVER?
I offer local pick-up and delivery.
Delivery inquires outside of 10 miles radius, require a minimum 48-hour advance notice. Rush orders may require additional fees.

Please note there is a minimum $50 order per delivery and delivery fees vary depending on location.
HOW LONG WILL MY BOARD STAY FRESH?
We recommend consuming your board within 24 hours for optimal quality. However, if you need to serve the board at a later time, please let me know when ordering so that I can double wrap your board and choose ingredients that will hold their quality longer.
If not consumed immediately, please refrigerate. For best flavors and textures, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving.
WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please let me know upon placing the order so I can make arrangements for your order.
At Gouda Love Maria's Charcuterie our products may contain nuts and gluten or have been prepared in an
environment that contains nuts and gluten. We will accommodate all dietary restrictions but cannot
guarantee a 100% allergen free environment.
IS THERE A GRATUITY?
There is no gratuity, but cheerfully accepted.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations 1 day prior to delivery or pick up will receive NO refund.
Cancellations 2-4 days prior to delivery or pick up will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations 5 days prior to delivery or pick up will receive 100% refund.
